Adobe Stock deployed AI Studio, a suite of AI-powered editing tools built directly into the Adobe Stock website, in April 2026, replacing the earlier Customize feature. AI Studio lets users edit images and video clips before licensing them, including animating still photos into short video clips and auto-matching audio to video.

AI Studio accepts stock images or video clips as inputs and produces modified assets as output. Image capabilities include changing backgrounds, adjusting colors and moods via text prompt or hex code, expanding image aspect ratios, and editing specific elements in natural language. Video capabilities include animating still images into 5-second clips with AI-driven camera motion, applying color grading presets or brand hex codes, and an Audio Match feature that automatically pairs a video clip with an AI-generated soundtrack. The video tools are also available within Adobe Premiere workflows. Adobe confirmed it is sunsetting the earlier Customize feature as AI Studio replaces it.
