CivBot is accessible from the bottom-right corner of most Civitai.com pages. It is a large language model agent trained on Civitai's own documentation, terms of service, and platform guides. Its capabilities include answering questions about Civitai features and policies, providing Stable Diffusion concept definitions, recommending on-site models and checkpoints based on user themes, generating image prompts, and logging bug reports for the development team. CivBot was built using GPT-trainer and is described by that service as handling upward of 3,000 distinct conversations that would otherwise have gone to human support, with a 72% first-contact resolution rate. It was initially rolled out to Supporter tier members before becoming generally available.
