Nasuni offers File IQ Premium, a paid analytics dashboard that scans how enterprise files are used, who accesses them, and how storage is growing, then produces dashboards and real-time alerts to help IT teams manage data more efficiently. The product also includes tools to prepare file metadata for use by machine learning and AI systems. Launched as Nasuni IQ in February 2024 and expanded into File IQ Premium in July 2025.

File IQ Premium collects audit events from Nasuni edge appliances and centralizes them into dashboards covering file activity, storage usage, anomaly detection, and growth trends. It includes AI-friendly data structuring to prepare file metadata for machine learning and AI initiatives, along with real-time alerting for unusual user behavior or capacity thresholds, chargeback-ready cost controls, and advanced metadata discovery to locate files across global volumes. A companion product, Ops IQ, provides infrastructure-level analytics — appliance and volume dashboards for CPU, memory, cache, and data protection status — and is available at no additional cost as part of the Nasuni Portal. Together, File IQ Premium and Ops IQ are positioned as an intelligence layer on top of the Nasuni File Data Platform.
