The RHEL Lightspeed command-line assistant, available as an optional feature in RHEL 9.6 and 10, draws on Red Hat's documentation and Knowledgebase to answer Linux questions from the command line. Red Hat Developer Lightspeed for Red Hat Developer Hub provides a chat-based assistant for non-coding developer tasks such as drafting documentation, generating test plans, and exploring application design. OpenShift Lightspeed requires a supported LLM provider (IBM WatsonX, OpenAI, or Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service) and OpenShift 4.15 or later.
