It launched in December 2023 and expanded to homeowner-uploaded photos in June 2024.

The tool is powered by Roomvo's AI rendering engine, which applies style transfers to real listing photographs. Users select a room, choose design elements or a complete style theme, and the AI generates a photorealistic before-and-after visualization. As of mid-2024, the feature covers 210,000+ listings across six MLS partnerships. No human designer is involved in the generation process. The June 2024 expansion added generative AI-powered recommendations for light renovations, furniture, and decor beyond basic floor, countertop, and wall treatments.
