Details
Navigate360 is a third-party platform made by EAB (formerly the Education Advisory Board) that incorporates machine learning models to generate early-alert signals and predict which students are at risk of dropping out or failing courses. At UMass Amherst, it serves as the official tool for all undergraduate advising interactions, with advisors using it to document meetings, send alerts, and coordinate with other campus offices. Students access it through a web portal (umass.navigate.eab.com) and a mobile app to schedule advising appointments. It is listed as one of the four core student success technologies at the university alongside SPIRE, Schedule Builder, and Handshake.
