Introduced in December 2022 following widespread community protest, the 'NoAI' HTML meta tag can be applied per-project or across an entire account via settings. ArtStation's updated Terms of Service prohibit any third party from using NoAI-tagged content for AI training. The tag is not applied by default — artists must opt in. Separately, ArtStation's Terms of Service also commit Epic itself not to use or license any user content for the purpose of training generative AI programs.
