Construction IQ applies machine learning to data from project issues, observations, checklists, subcontractor assignments, and historical records to produce a daily risk assessment dashboard for project managers and executives. It classifies issues by risk level — flagging fall hazards, overdue items, and water hazards — and surfaces high-risk subcontractors and Request for Information (RFI) items. Autodesk states that its models learned from over 150 million construction issues across nearly 30,000 real projects. The system is available in both Autodesk Construction Cloud and the legacy BIM 360 platform.
