The AI-Powered Admin (also called Contextual AI) component of RevenueIQ acts as a productivity partner for admin users. It receives plain language descriptions of desired business processes or formulas and produces automated configurations within the BillingPlatform system, including workflow setup and business rule automation. The AI can also explain existing workflows in plain language on request. This reduces the need for manual technical configuration by admin staff.
