BillingPlatform offers RevenueIQ Predictive Insights, an AI feature that analyzes billing and transaction data to forecast financial trends — such as customer churn risk, cash flow, and revenue fluctuations — and automatically flags unusual patterns. It was launched as part of the RevenueIQ suite in August 2025 and is available to all BillingPlatform customers.

The Predictive Insights component of RevenueIQ uses machine learning models trained on each organization's internal billing data and external data to surface forward-looking financial indicators including churn risk, demand forecasting, and cash flow volatility. It also automatically detects anomalies in billing data — such as unusual invoice patterns — that could indicate errors or fraud. The AI Studio component allows organizations to use pre-trained models or create and train their own custom models tailored to their specific configuration. Sources confirm this is available at no additional cost to all BillingPlatform customers.
