ElevenLabs offers Eleven Music, an AI music generation service launched in August 2025 that produces studio-grade music tracks from natural language text prompts across any genre or style. The model was trained on licensed data, including from the Merlin Network and Kobalt Music Group.

Eleven Music takes a natural language text prompt describing desired genre, style, mood, and structure as input and produces a complete music track with vocals and instruments as output. ElevenLabs secured licensing deals with independent music rights organizations before launch to provide commercial use rights. The service includes guardrails that prevent users from generating songs that reference specific artist names or copyrighted lyrics. As of April 2026, a standalone app (ElevenMusic) allows users to generate up to seven songs per day for free.
