ChatGPT users who connect to the Liberty Mutual app answer a short series of questions conversationally and receive an accurate, personalized quote based on Liberty Mutual's own rating engine — not a range estimate from an aggregator. After receiving the quote, users are directed to LibertyMutual.com to finalize coverage selections and bind their policy. At launch in May 2026, the app was available in Arizona, Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri, New Mexico, Utah, and Wisconsin, with plans to expand to 40+ states by end of 2026.
