Locus Array is a tower-style mobile robot that combines computer vision, real-time decision-making, and a patented soft-membrane end-effector to grasp and handle a wide variety of warehouse SKUs. The robot is orchestrated by the LocusONE platform, which dynamically assigns tasks — including picking, putaway, induction, drop-off, slotting, and replenishment — based on real-time demand. Locus states that Array can reduce manual picking and putaway labor by up to 90% and can pick 60–70% of typical e-commerce SKUs. Deployments were underway with early access customers in North America as of April 2026, with planned global expansion to Europe and Asia-Pacific.
