Locus Robotics deployed LocusHub (launched March 2024) and LocusINTELLIGENCE (announced March 2025) as AI-powered analytics tools within the LocusONE platform that analyze warehouse performance data and give managers predictions and recommendations about staffing, robot fleet sizing, order volumes, and workflow bottlenecks. These tools are available to all Locus Robotics customers.

LocusHub uses machine learning and predictive analytics applied to real-time and historical robot fleet data — including pick rates, travel paths, and dwell times — to forecast future operational needs such as staffing requirements and order volume spikes, and to automatically flag workflow bottlenecks with suggested fixes. LocusINTELLIGENCE, announced in March 2025 as an advanced layer within LocusONE, adds dynamic task allocation, multi-robot coordination, and predictive maintenance insights. Both tools are delivered via cloud-based over-the-air updates. LocusHub was introduced at MODEX 2024 and made available to all existing Locus customers automatically.
