Details
LocusONE uses AI agents — built from proprietary algorithms and machine learning models — to orchestrate orders, optimize fleet performance, and synchronize labor across entire warehouse facilities. It receives input from warehouse management systems (WMS), real-time robot sensor data, and order volumes, and outputs task assignments, routing decisions, and workflow adjustments second by second. The platform powers all three Locus robot lines (Origin, Vector, and Array) and includes a Mission Optimization function that clusters work across workflows to reduce cycle times. Locus describes LocusONE as having been trained on data from over 7 billion real-world warehouse picks.
