Founder Matthew Gallagher used ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok to write website copy and generate software code; MidJourney and Runway to produce images and video; and ElevenLabs to create AI-generated voice content. Investigators documented AI-generated pharmaceutical imagery — including an Ozempic box with garbled text reading "O)zenpic" and "solutån for injection" — used in ads. The site also featured a scrolling row of media logos (New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes) presented in a way that implied editorial coverage, when MEDVi had only placed paid advertisements on those platforms. MEDVi's website disclaimer, which was added after the first investigative report in May 2025, states that no representation is made about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
