Mistral AI deployed Workflows, an enterprise AI orchestration platform in public preview as of April 2026, which enables organizations to automate multi-step, business-critical processes by chaining AI agents, human approval steps, and external integrations into durable, fault-tolerant pipelines.

Workflows is built on the Temporal orchestration engine and is native to Mistral Studio. It supports features such as retry policies, state management, rate limiting, and pause-for-human-review steps. Named enterprise customers including ASML, CMA-CGM, and France Travail were reported as already running Workflows in production at launch. Use cases cited by Mistral include cargo release automation, document processing, and customer service automation.
