Practice DocumentedView practice →Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, offers the FAST digital engine health management solution that captures, analyzes, and wirelessly transmits full-flight engine data to airline customers within minutes of engine shutdown for use in maintenance planning. The ADEM system currently analyzes data for more than 10,000 engines across 140 customers.
The FAST (and related ADEM—Advanced Diagnostics and Engine Monitoring) systems collect hundreds of engine and aircraft parameters during every flight, including performance metrics and sensor readings, and apply data analytics to project trends and pinpoint anomalies. The outputs are alerts, trends reports, and maintenance recommendations delivered to airline operators to enable on-condition predictive maintenance. The EngineWise Intelligence service wraps this into a customer-facing analytics offering. These capabilities are available to Pratt & Whitney Canada engine customers (covering PT6, PW300, PW800, and other families) and are confirmed as actively deployed across more than 140 customers.
