This is an internal operational system, not sold as a product.

The platform uses adaptive machine learning, big data, and IoT data to optimize supply chain performance parameters in real time and predict business outcomes. Schneider Electric's Chief AI Officer described the system as essential for managing the complexity of 150+ factories and hundreds of thousands of ordering lines, noting it was impractical to maintain manually. Confirmed outcomes include a six-day reduction in days-in-inventory, a 10% overall inventory decrease, a 15% average yield improvement on specific manufacturing lines, and over €100 million in generated value. The system can also automatically identify alternative manufacturing sites and reroute shipments within 24 hours when disruptions occur.
