Stability AI offers Stable Fast 3D (SF3D) and SPAR3D, AI models that convert a single 2D image into a detailed, textured 3D mesh asset in under one second. These models target game developers, product designers, and virtual reality creators.

Stable Fast 3D generates UV-unwrapped, textured 3D meshes from a single image in approximately 0.5 seconds on a GPU with 7GB VRAM, compared to 10 minutes for its predecessor SV3D. SPAR3D (Stable Point Aware 3D), announced at CES in January 2025 in partnership with NVIDIA, adds a two-stage architecture using point cloud generation followed by mesh creation, enabling real-time user edits and full 360-degree structure prediction in 0.7 seconds. Both models are available via the Stability AI Developer Platform API, Hugging Face, and within Stable Assistant. They are free for commercial use for organizations under $1M annual revenue under the Stability AI Community License.
