Toast offers an AI-assisted advertising tool that suggests effective timing, audience targeting, and ad placements for restaurant operators running digital campaigns on Google and Meta, and connects campaign performance directly back to in-store and online sales data.

Launched as part of Toast's Spring 2025 release and integrated into the Toast IQ Grow bundle announced in May 2026, the advertising tool uses restaurant-specific sales data to generate pre-filled ad recommendations and suggest optimal launch timing and audience targeting. The tool also includes an AI writing assistant to draft ad copy. It is currently offered as a waitlist beta for restaurants and generally available for retail operators. Ad performance is linked directly to Toast transaction data so operators can see revenue attributable to each campaign.
