The DX AI Assistant answers Walmart-specific questions about internal tools and systems, saving developers an average of 5 minutes per question. ArchiText converts a text description into a technical diagram called a UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram 69% faster than doing it manually, saving approximately 31 minutes per diagram. Coding assistance has been deployed to engineers in North America and India. Walmart has also stated its goal of embedding generative AI into every stage of the software development process within three years.
