Disney deployed an internal AI chatbot called DisneyGPT to employees in late 2025, offering assistance with tasks such as creating IT support tickets, searching the company roster, and analyzing project financials. Disney also provides employees access to Microsoft Copilot and Amazon Q Developer.

DisneyGPT, introduced in beta to staff in an October 2025 email, is a branded internal chatbot built with AI APIs and styled with Disney-themed design elements including Walt Disney quotes. A December 2025 update added the ability for employees to upload Excel and PowerPoint files to the bot. Separately, as part of the December 2025 OpenAI deal, Disney announced it would deploy the enterprise version of ChatGPT to its employees. Disney is also reportedly developing a more advanced internal agentic AI tool codenamed 'Jarvis,' which is described as being in early stages and capable of completing tasks on an employee's behalf.
