Analog Devices offers CodeFusion Studio 2.0, an open-source software development platform released in November 2025 that helps engineers build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models onto ADI's microcontrollers and processors. It is available for free download to any developer working with ADI hardware.

CodeFusion Studio 2.0 is built on Microsoft Visual Studio Code and supports end-to-end AI workflows: developers can import their own machine learning models, verify compatibility with ADI hardware, profile runtime performance layer by layer, generate optimized inference-ready code, and deploy across ADI's embedded processors from low-power microcontrollers to high-performance digital signal processors. A new AI debugging assistant connects to live debug sessions via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and is compatible with tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, enabling natural-language hardware inspection and fault diagnosis. A Zephyr-based modular framework provides runtime AI/ML profiling. ADI describes the product as part of its broader 'Physical Intelligence' strategy.

Analog Devices offers the ADI OtoSense Smart Motor Sensor (SMS), an AI-based hardware and software product that monitors industrial electric motors in real time to detect signs of mechanical or electrical failure before they cause unplanned downtime. The product is available to industrial customers across multiple sectors globally.

The ADI OtoSense SMS attaches to 3-phase induction motors up to 500 kW and continuously collects data from on-board vibration, magnetic field, and temperature sensors. The device transmits 2.4-second sensor samples to the ADI OtoSense Cloud platform, where proprietary AI algorithms build a unique baseline model for each motor during an initial learning period. After that period, the cloud platform compares incoming sensor data to the baseline to detect anomalies and predict nine categories of mechanical and electrical faults, presenting results via a web dashboard and mobile app. OtoSense technology originated with ADI's 2018 acquisition of OtoSense, a company specializing in AI-driven sound and vibration recognition.

Analog Devices deployed the SambaNova Suite, a generative AI platform, enterprise-wide in January 2024 to help its sales staff and internal teams retrieve information from technical data sheets and generate product recommendations in the field. The platform is described as making AI 'pervasive enterprise-wide.'

As part of the initial deployment, ADI uses the SambaNova Suite to accelerate field sales and customer enablement by streamlining access to its extensive product data sheets and informing field recommendations. The SambaNova Suite is a full-stack generative AI platform delivered on-premises or in the cloud, featuring open-source large language models that can be fine-tuned using ADI's proprietary data. The deployment is described as a global initiative, with the stated goal of deepening customer connections through faster, AI-assisted product matching.
