At the center of Cognitive Solutions is a proprietary model called the SADA Loop (See, Analyze, Decide, Act), adapted from military decision-making frameworks. Blue Yonder rebuilt 28 planning applications onto a single cloud platform with a shared data model on Snowflake's AI Data Cloud and Microsoft Azure — removing the data silos that previously prevented AI from acting across the full supply chain. A supply chain knowledge graph (developed with Snowflake and RelationalAI) stores business relationships in a form that AI can read and reason about. Five domain-specific AI agents were launched alongside this framework (see Practices 4–8). Blue Yonder also introduced an Agent Activation Advisory service to help customers deploy agents within 6–12 weeks. CEO Duncan Angove stated publicly that describing an AI agent as a simple replacement for a worker is "a lazy analogy."
