The attribution engine bridges the generative output and the training dataset by computing each image's influence on generated outputs using proprietary algorithms. Two integration modes are available: one where images are sent to Bria for processing, and one where the attribution model runs inside the customer's environment and only irreversible (non-reversible vector) data is shared with Bria, preserving full data privacy. The system powers compensation for Bria's 30+ data partners, including Getty Images, Envato, Alamy, Freepix, and Depositphotos. As of March 2025, Bria announced plans to extend this engine beyond images to music, video, and text generation.

BRIA AI offers a Tailored Generation product that allows enterprise customers to fine-tune Bria's foundation models on their own brand assets — such as logos, characters, or visual style — so the model consistently generates on-brand images without manual creative direction for each image.
Developers and no-code users can upload up to 200 images via the Bria Console UI or API to train a LoRA-based fine-tuned model; an expert mode allows larger datasets and manual hyperparameter control. The fine-tuned model then accepts text prompts as input and produces images that faithfully reproduce the brand's visual identity, characters, or product styles at scale. The system supports multiple intellectual property types: stylized scenes, defined characters, and object variants. Fine-tuned models can be deployed via API, iFrame, ComfyUI, Photoshop plugin, or Figma plugin, and can be self-hosted. Data isolation is maintained — each brand's training data remains private.
BRIA AI offers an AI image editing API suite that enables enterprise developers to automatically remove backgrounds, erase and replace objects, expand images to new aspect ratios, and generate new content within existing images. These tools are delivered via APIs, SDKs, and iFrames and are trained on fully licensed data.
The background removal model (RMBG 2.0), released in 2024 and built on the BiRefNet architecture, accepts an image as input and produces a segmented foreground with a pixel-accurate alpha matte as output. The Eraser API accepts an image with a manual or automatic mask and generates contextually coherent fill content to replace removed elements, replicating surrounding lighting and texture. The Image Expansion API extends existing images to new aspect ratios at up to 1-megapixel resolution. RMBG 2.0 is available as open-source for non-commercial use and as a commercially licensed API, SDK, or iFrame. All editing tools are built on Bria's licensed foundation models.
