Catchlight gathers up to 2,000 data points per prospect from multiple public and commercial data sources, then uses proprietary AI models to assign a conversion likelihood score and surface relevant insights such as estimated liquid investable assets, life events, and personal interests. It integrates with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Redtail. Launched broadly in May 2022 after beta testing, Catchlight also uses generative AI to suggest personalized outreach content matched to prospect segments. It is offered as a standalone commercial product to registered investment advisors, wealth management firms, and enterprises, not exclusively to Fidelity's own advisors.
