Catchlight offers financial advisors an AI-powered feature that automatically drafts personalized outreach emails for individual prospects, drawing on each prospect's data-enriched profile.

Launched in beta in April 2023 and built directly within the Catchlight platform, the feature uses generative AI techniques combined with Catchlight's proprietary natural language processing model and transformation layer to create unique, prospect-specific emails. Each email is generated from the data Catchlight has gathered on a given prospect, and advisors can edit the draft or regenerate a new version based on their objectives. The feature was developed in response to advisor demand for individualized outreach content at scale.
