AI Workflows combine two capabilities: AI Filters, which use natural-language prompts (e.g., 'posts with negative sentiment' or 'spammy comments') to classify content as it is published, and AI Actions, which automatically hide posts, flag them for admin review, or have an AI Agent post a response. Administrators configure both the trigger conditions and the resulting actions through a visual workflow builder. Circle's own three-person community team has publicly described using AI Workflows to reduce moderation time by 30–60 hours per month per community manager.
