Circle offers AI Agents — customizable chatbots that community administrators can train on their own content to answer member questions, onboard new members, and provide coaching around the clock. Admins on Circle Plus plans can deploy up to 10 agents, each configured for different tasks.

AI Agents use Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): when a member asks a question, the system searches the community's knowledge engine for relevant content, then passes those results to a large language model (LLM) to generate a response. Agents are trained on posts, course materials, PDFs, and custom text snippets uploaded by the community administrator. All agent conversations appear in a shared AI Inbox, where admins can monitor interactions in real time and manually take over any conversation. Circle states that community data is not used to train external AI or LLM models.
