Flywire deployed a suite of 14 internal AI chatbots called Flywire AI Assistants, designed to give employees quick answers to company information. Each assistant is purpose-built for a specific topic area and draws from Flywire's internal knowledge systems.

The Flywire AI Assistants were introduced in 2025 and developed in collaboration with teams across the organization. Each assistant draws from internal sources including Flywire's intranet (The Wire), Confluence, Google Drive, and Zendesk to provide accurate, up-to-date responses. The suite is available to all Flywire employees (referred to internally as 'FlyMates') and supports tasks such as finding information, learning new tools, and analyzing data.
