Forrester launched Forrester AI Access in September 2025, a self-service subscription offering that extends Forrester AI capabilities to all staff levels across a client organization—not just designated research leads—so that anyone from a junior analyst to a senior executive can query Forrester's proprietary research library on demand. The product is available globally in three versions: Technology, Consumer & Digital, and B2B.

Forrester AI Access is built on the same underlying Forrester AI (formerly Izola) generative AI engine. It receives free-text queries and produces synthesized, cited answers drawn from Forrester's proprietary research, data, and frameworks. Unlike the Forrester Decisions service tier (which bundles analyst guidance sessions), AI Access is a streamlined, AI-first self-service layer designed for broader organizational roll-out. Forrester explicitly states it does not use client prompts to train its models. The product is also available as a certified app in the Microsoft Teams Marketplace, announced March 2026.
