The recommendation engine uses collaborative filtering — analyzing what a customer has bought alongside patterns of what similar customers purchased next — to predict which products each individual is most likely to buy. Product recommendation models are retrained every 2–7 days. The 'next best product' block can be inserted into any email template or automated flow, and as of 2026 it also works in SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp campaigns. Customer Hub (an on-site widget) also displays personalized product recommendations for logged-in shoppers. In-conversation recommendations are also delivered in real time through Customer Agent.
