Powered by Shopify Magic, the feature generates a suggested reply each time a customer sends a message that has not yet been answered, drawing from the merchant's product listings, shipping and return policies, and payment configuration. Merchants can send the suggestion as drafted or edit it before sending. The feature is on by default for eligible merchants and is included at no additional cost. It is available across the online store chat, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger channels connected to Shopify Inbox.
