Details

Amazon Bedrock is a fully managed, serverless service that provides a unified API to access foundation models without managing underlying infrastructure. It supports retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) via managed Knowledge Bases, multi-agent orchestration for complex multi-step task automation, model fine-tuning on proprietary data, and a Marketplace offering over 100 models from third-party providers. Multi-agent collaboration became generally available in March 2025. AWS holds ISO 42001 certification (the AI management standard) for Bedrock, having been the first major cloud provider to earn this accreditation.
