The bot pulls from disparate employee knowledge bases and connects them to key internal systems; when it cannot resolve a question, it automatically creates a support ticket and routes it to the correct team. Nathan reported that the tool reduced support tickets with a low initial investment. The company first established a vendor management framework to ensure all AI tools met its security and governance standards before wider deployment.
