Simplified Solutions, a unit within Prudential Financial's Individual Life Insurance business, signed a technology vendor agreement with Neutrinos in May 2025. The Neutrinos platform uses AI-driven automation to enable touchless operations and intelligent servicing for life insurance customers across Simplified Solutions' network of embedded digital distribution partners in the US. The initiative targets underserved markets with simplified, lower-cost life insurance products, aiming to reach consumers through digital environments they already use. Neutrinos' platform includes an agentic AI composer and orchestrator designed to automate underwriting, claims management, and distribution workflows.
