Through a beta program with Salesforce Agentforce, Prudential enables its U.S. individual annuity sales professionals (wholesalers) to use voice-capture to log meeting notes, extract key client details, create follow-up tasks, and update transaction information in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud — all automatically after a meeting with a financial advisor. The system transcribes voice input, extracts structured data (names, products, client preferences), and executes follow-up workflows in Salesforce without manual data entry. As of June 2025, this was in a beta program and projected to save the Retirement Strategies sales team up to half a day per week.
