Accessible exclusively via the Zara mobile app (not the web browser version), the Try-On tool was first launched in markets including Mexico, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy before rolling out to Spain in late December 2025. Users upload a portrait and a full-body photograph; the AI generates a hyper-realistic animated avatar within approximately two minutes. The avatar can be viewed in a 360-degree rotating video, and users can try on complete outfit combinations. Users must consent to generative AI image processing before using the feature. Inditex described this as part of its broader omnichannel experience strategy.
