Naevis was introduced as part of a collaboration between Street Fighter 6 and K-pop group aespa. She is described as the first AI commentator in the Street Fighter series and provides commentary in English, Japanese, and Korean. Her voice was synthesized using samples from multiple voice actors. Capcom itself did not create Naevis — the character is a product of SM Entertainment — but Capcom integrated her as a selectable commentator in the game. The option to use Naevis was available starting July 4, 2025, and is tied to the aespa collaboration content.
