Levi Strauss & Co. announced development of an enterprise-wide agentic AI platform, called the 'super-agent,' built with Microsoft to automate and route task-driven work across IT, human resources, and operations for corporate employees.

The super-agent is an AI orchestration system embedded within Microsoft Teams and powered by Microsoft Azure. It acts as a single conversational interface that receives employee questions and routes them to specialized AI sub-agents covering functions including IT, HR, and operations. The platform was announced in November 2025 and was in testing as of that date, with rollout to corporate employees planned for early 2026 and expansion to global offices throughout 2026. As of March 2026, a proof of concept had been piloted with some employees, with sub-agents already communicating with tools like ServiceNow and Workday.
