Amazon offers advertisers a suite of generative AI tools — including an image generator, video generator, and audio generator — within Amazon Ads Creative Studio, enabling brands to automatically create lifestyle images, short video ads, and audio spots from a single product photo.

Amazon launched its AI image generator for advertisers in October 2023, followed by an AI video generator in beta in September 2024, and AI Creative Studio as a centralized hub on October 15, 2024. By June 2025, the video generator was publicly available in the US and expanded internationally in November 2025. An agentic AI creative tool launched in beta in September 2025, allowing brands to describe a campaign concept via chat and have the AI generate storyboards and full ad creatives. Amazon reports that Sponsored Brands mobile ads using AI-generated lifestyle images achieved more than 40% higher click-through rates than ads using standard product images. Creative Studio is available to Brand Registered sellers in the US, UK, Germany, and several other marketplaces.

Amazon's One Medical primary care service launched a Health AI assistant in January 2026 that provides 24/7 personalized health guidance, answers health questions, explains lab results, books appointments, and manages medications — drawing on each patient's actual medical records.

Available to One Medical members (accessible as an Amazon Prime benefit at $9/month), the Health AI assistant was built on Amazon Bedrock and uses a multi-agent architecture: a core patient-facing agent, sub-agents for specific workflows, auditor agents reviewing conversations in real time, and sentinel agents that escalate to human clinicians when needed. Co-developed with One Medical's clinical leadership, it includes HIPAA-compliant privacy protections. A beta launched in early 2025 for select One Medical members before the full rollout. Amazon then expanded Health AI to broader U.S. consumers via Amazon.com and the Amazon app in March 2026. Amazon emphasizes the tool is designed to complement rather than replace physicians.

Amazon deployed Alexa+ in February 2025 as a rebuilt, subscription-based AI voice assistant capable of multi-step task completion, smart home control, and natural conversational interactions across over 500 million Alexa-enabled devices.

Announced in September 2023 and launched publicly in February 2025, Alexa+ replaced the previous rule-based Alexa architecture with a multi-large language model routing system using Amazon's Nova models and Anthropic's Claude. Unlike classic Alexa, which handled one request at a time, Alexa+ can string together multiple API calls to complete complex tasks simultaneously. Priced at $19.99/month and free for Prime members, Alexa+ was described by Amazon as 'rebuilt from the ground up' with agentic capabilities that allow it to navigate websites and complete tasks on users' behalf.
